Speeches in changing times | The show must go on

This convention is held bilingually with German and English keynotes on the MainStage (with English translation for the German keynotes available for your members). Furthermore there will be an English-only track of break out sessions, so that there is a full convention experience in English possible for you.

What has changed for our industry in course of time? What responsibility do we have? How do we want to shape the future together and - to use the words of our President Silvia Ziolkowski - "make a small nick in the universe"? What do our customers want and need? What skills will speakers, trainers, hosts and coaches need in the future? How can we align ourselves and our business accordingly? No matter what crisis may come: "the show must go on", because we learn and stick together.
