Martin Laschkolnig, President of the Global Speakers Federation (GSF)

Martin Laschkolnig is the founder and director of the Institute for the Development of Potential in Linz, Austria. He is a Past President of the German Speakers Association, and has been an inspirational speaker to audiences on 4 continents from San Diego to South Africa, from Costa Rica to the Himalayas and across Europe.

He is an expert on motivation, self-esteem, confidence and inner peace and how these affect leaders, their teams and the performance of people and enterprises.

Combining an economic education and entrepreneurial background with years of studies in Buddhist Philosophy and Theory of Perception with Tibetan monks in India led to a new and different approach to viewing and solving our problems.

3) Moderator & Host - Michael Teoh Su Lim, the Vice-President of the Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers (MAPS) for Events & Education.

Michael Teoh is the Founder & CEO of Thriving Talents, an international training company based in Malaysia, with over 10 years of professional experience in training, coaching & consulting top leaders from Fortune 500 companies across 41 countries.

Mr. Michael Teoh was also recognized as a 2-times Malaysia's Young Entrepreneur of the Year for Companies Valued Up to USD$6 Million Dollars by Malaysia’s national daily newspapers, The Star and through the Asia-Pacific Strategic Institute.

He was also recognized as a 2-times Malaysian National Youth Icon by the Honorary Prime Minister. His work in developing leaders & assisting companies to better engage their employees, have also gotten him to appear on CNN 3-times & was also invited to give speeches at the United Nations in New York, Nairobi and Geneva.
