On March 14, 2026—Professional Speakers Celebration Day—the Global Speakers Federation (GSF) will launch four groundbreaking multi-authored books on LEADERSHIP, TEAMS, THE FUTURE, and SPEAKING. We are seeking up to 100 authors—25 per book—from all GSF member associations worldwide. This is your chance to join a global movement, share your expertise, and position yourself as a leader in the speaking world.

The Books: LEADERSHIP, TEAMS, THE FUTURE, and SPEAKING

Each book will feature up to 25 authors, carefully selected to represent a diverse spread of topics, geographical locations, and expertise. As a contributor, you’ll write a chapter (approximately 3,000–5,000 words) sharing your unique insights on one of these transformative themes:

LEADERSHIP: Inspire others with your strategies for conscious, impactful leadership in a changing world.
TEAMS: Share your expertise on building high-performing, collaborative teams that drive success.
THE FUTURE: Offer visionary ideas on the trends, technologies, and innovations shaping tomorrow.
SPEAKING: Reveal your best practices for mastering the art and business of professional speaking.

How It Works: Application Process and Costs

We’re looking for passionate, experienced speakers from GSF member associations to join this project. Here’s how to get involved:

  1. Submit Your Application: Fill out the application form, detailing your expertise, proposed topic, and association affiliation (e.g., PSAUKI, MAPS, CAPS). Applications will be reviewed to ensure a balanced representation of topics and regions, and before final acceptance, confirmation that you are a member in good standing of your GSF home association.
  2. Refundable Deposit: Pay a $195 USD refundable deposit to secure your spot (refunded if you’re not selected).
  3. Total Cost: The participation fee is $795 USD per speaker, covering professional design, editing, and publishing services to ensure a world-class final product.  Final balance of $600 USD is due by September 30, 2025 (after author selections are confirmed).

Who can apply to be an author?

You must be a member of a GSF-affiliated association, such as PSAUKI, MAPS, NSA SWEDEN, AFCP or others listed on www.globalspeakersfederation.net. We welcome speakers of all experience levels who have valuable insights to share on LEADERSHIP, TEAMS, THE FUTURE, or SPEAKING.

What does the $795 fee cover?

The fee covers professional design, copy editing, and proofreading by CastleMount Media, as well as publishing and marketing efforts to achieve Amazon #1 Best Seller status. It ensures your chapter is part of a high-quality, globally recognized book. 

What are the timelines?

  1. Applications Open: May 1, 2025

  3. Author Selection Notification: August 20, 2025
  4. Chapter Submission Deadline: November 20, 2025

What happens if I’m not selected as an author?

If you’re not selected, your $195 deposit will be fully refunded. We’ll notify all applicants starting August 20, 2025.

How will authors be selected?

Authors will be chosen based on their proposed topic, geographical location, and expertise to ensure a diverse and balanced representation across the four books. The GSF team will review all applications.

Can I choose which book to contribute to?

Yes, you can indicate your preferred book (LEADERSHIP, TEAMS, THE FUTURE, or SPEAKING) in your application. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preference, though final placement may depend on the overall balance of topics and regions.

What support will I receive as an author?

You’ll receive guidance on chapter structure, professional editing, and proofreading from CastleMount Media, plus marketing support from GSF to promote the books and aim for Amazon #1 Best Seller status.

Can I get copies of the book?

You will be able to purchase copies of the book in HARD cover. The cost will will be a set cost price which will enable you to re-sell the hard cover books at a healthy profit. You will need to pay for delivery. Costs are dependent on where in the world you are located. We encourage each author to grab 10 - 20 copies for themselves at the very least. These books will be high quality showpieces and will be sought after by your clients.

Can I apply for more than one book?

YES. You must pay a deposit for each category you wish to apply for and go ahead if you are chosen for multiple categories. We will however be aiming for balanced representation across all four books.

Is the book guaranteed to go ahead?

We have a comfortable minimum number of authors required for each book for that book to go live. If for any reason a book does not reach the required minimum all monies will be refunded.
