CAPS Convention 2026 - Call for Cast Members

The Casting Call for Presenters for CAPS Convention 2026 in Toronto is now open!

Ready to take the stage? For the CAPS Convention 2026, we’re looking for sessions that help speakers build businesses that deliver repeatable, unforgettable experiences. Specifically, you’ll help our members and guests:

✨Build their show. Share your expertise from live performance disciplines like theatre, comedy, and music, and apply those insights to keynotes, workshops and training programs.

✨Master their business. Pull back the curtain on systems that can help them deliver a consistently excellent customer experience.

✨Experience the energy. Connect with other speakers, emcees, trainers, and coaches in a high-energy, immersive atmosphere designed to inspire and energize. 

Because one standing ovation is great. But a career full of encores? That’s the goal.

This year, you’ll also notice some exciting new formats (hello, Concurrent Keynote!) and yes, we are accepting applications for the Main Stage.
