The Three Circles of Outreach with Gal Tzachik

What happens when professional speakers from around the world come together not simply to network, but to genuinely help one another open doors?

That spirit was at the heart of the September Global Green Room, where speakers from across borders gathered for a highly engaging session with international speaker, trainer, and entrepreneur Gal Tzachik, exploring “The Three Circles of Outreach.”

The Global Green Room was created as a space where members of the global speaking community can meet beyond the stage — to have conversations, exchange ideas, build relationships and discover opportunities together.

And this session demonstrated exactly why those conversations matter.

Opportunities Begin With People

Gal challenged us to think differently about where our next opportunity might come from.

As professional speakers, we naturally invest in our expertise, marketing, websites, social media and positioning. All of these matter. But behind so many of the opportunities that move our careers forward is something much more human: a relationship.

Someone who knows us.

Someone who trusts us.

Someone who remembers us when an opportunity appears.

And, perhaps most importantly, someone who is willing to introduce us into another room.

Through his Three Circles of Outreach, Gal showed how speakers can look more intentionally at the relationships already around them and expand outward — from the people closest to us, through our wider professional networks, and ultimately into new communities, organisations and countries.

The message was simple but powerful: our network is not merely a collection of contacts. It is an ecosystem of relationships.

From Networking to Genuine Connection

The session itself became a wonderful example of that philosophy.

Participants joined from different parts of the world, bringing questions, experiences, ideas, smiles and plenty of ❤️ signs to the screen.

It wasn't simply a presentation. It became a conversation.

And that is exactly what we want the Global Green Room to represent:

In a profession where we spend so much of our time speaking to audiences, there is tremendous value in creating spaces where speakers can also speak with one another.
