PSA Israel: From a Vision to 200+ Members

A new professional speaking community is taking shape in Israel — and it is growing faster than we imagined.

On September 2, 2026, PSA Israel held its first in-person Summit at the Kiryat Ono Culture Center — an important milestone in what has already become an extraordinary journey.

More than 200 speakers, experts, entrepreneurs, and professionals came together for a day dedicated to learning, connection, inspiration, and the future of professional speaking in Israel.

With 12 speakers on stage, the Summit brought together different voices, experiences and areas of expertise — but one common belief: that professional speaking is not simply about standing on a stage. It is about creating impact.

The energy in the room was remarkable.

People arrived as speakers, aspiring speakers, experts, and business owners. They left with new ideas, new relationships, new opportunities — and, perhaps most importantly, a feeling that they were part of something bigger.

From an Idea to a Community

What makes this moment particularly meaningful is how quickly PSA Israel has grown.

Only a few months ago, PSA Israel was still an idea being shaped by a small group of people who believed that Israel needed a strong professional home for speakers.

Our online launch in June attracted approximately 2,000 registrations and demonstrated that there was a real appetite for such a community.

Then came the next challenge: turning that initial excitement into a genuine professional association.

Today, we are proud to say that PSA Israel has passed the milestone of 200 members.

For us, however, 200 is much more than a number.

It represents 200 people who believe in learning from one another.

200 people who can recommend, support and introduce one another.

200 people who can collaborate rather than compete.

And 200 ambassadors who can help connect Israeli speakers with opportunities both inside Israel and around the world.

Building Bridges Beyond Israel

From the beginning, our vision for PSA Israel has been both local and global.

Israel has extraordinary expertise, innovation, creativity, and stories worth sharing. Our goal is to help Israeli speakers develop professionally while creating stronger bridges with the international speaking community.

And now, another important milestone is ahead of us.

By the time we gather for our next PSA Israel Summit, we expect to be part of the Global Speakers Federation (GSF).

For a young association, this is significant. It means becoming part of a global family of professional speaking associations — creating opportunities for our members to build relationships, exchange knowledge, and connect with fellow speakers across borders.

It also allows us to contribute something uniquely Israeli to the global speaking community: our creativity, resilience, innovation, experience and willingness to challenge conventional thinking.

We want Israeli speakers to look beyond our borders — and we want speakers around the world to look toward Israel and see a vibrant new professional speaking community ready to connect and collaborate.

The Summit Was Only the Beginning

The first PSA Israel Summit showed us what is possible when people come together around a shared purpose.

But this was not the destination.

It was the starting point.

We are now building the infrastructure, events, professional development opportunities, and international relationships that will help PSA Israel become a strong and sustainable professional association.

There is still a great deal of work ahead of us — and that is precisely what makes this stage so exciting.

At our first Summit, we celebrated the birth of a community.

At our next Summit, we hope to celebrate PSA Israel taking its place within the global speaking community as part of GSF.

From an idea, to an online launch, to our first Summit, to more than 200 members — and soon, to the global stage.

The momentum is real.

And we are only getting started.
